The post-debate battlefield needs to be policed up. Barry Soetero is out today saying that wasn’t the real Romney. He wasn’t talking about what he had for the previous year. I heard an audio clip of BHO mocking Romney. Hmm. Really?
What is the citation in the U.S. Code for the tax deduction for shipping jobs overseas?
What document signed by Mitt Romney says he is going to cut taxes by $5 T? (I would likely cheer for it, but I don’t think it exists).
I know where the mythical $2k tax increase on the Middle Class orginated. Mitt explained (and I already had read it) how it was one of 6 or 7 studies. And, it is a wrongful projection of what ‘must’ be done to keep revenues up.
Mitt Romney did a great job of schooling Barry Soetero on many facts. Way to go.
It was interesting, sad, and puzzling to watch.
1. Interesting. They actually debated issues of substance, crystalizing clear differences.
2. Sad. Obama is the incumbent. How? Why did we ever elect him?
3. Puzzling. Who would have thought Romney would be the one to sound the Conservative battle trumpet?
What is especially sad is that Democrats either want to call Romney a liar or blame Obama for being ill-prepared. Obama lost the debate on style? Are they crazy? That’s all he has got! They will not even consider the possibility that Socialism does not work and makes no sense.
If he wins, I just hope Romney ends up being the Conservative he is trying to sound like, but like as not we will have to replace him in four years.
