Another U.S. Constitutional Question

Where in the U.S. Constitution is the federal Executive Branch given the authority to set the wages for an industry?  Or a corporation?

What will the citizens, if the Feds go so far as to make the rules or give them to management to fake making them, effected do?

If they sue, what will the Judicial Branch do?

What will the Legislative Branch - even if conscious and concerned members are in the minority party – do?

It’s all about the exercise of power.   Who will use the powers that are written to do what?  Who will make up powers – and who will stand up against them and do their duty or not?
